    On May 9, over 200 Loyola Academy alumni gathered at Google’s Chicago offices to hear from 漫谈r business leaders and industry influencers. Hosted by Loyola’s President’s Leadership Council, “Growth in Chicago: An Emerging Hub” was a panel discussion and an opportunity for alumni to network across their professional fields.

    Membership Requirements

    Volunteer leadership is a vital component to the success of alumni events and programming every year. The Leadership Council will allow you the chance to be a part of something bigger than yourself while providing you with some unique benefits. Membership to the Leadership Council is based upon meeting several requirements:
    • Contribute $150 in membership dues annually
    • Complete the online membership form
    • Attend 2+ PLC events each year
    • Attend at least one bi-annual all PLC member meeting
    Members are also strongly encouraged to:
    • Participate in student-affiliated events such as Loyola’s student mentoring program or LA Tank, Loyola’s student version of Shark Tank
    • Attend special events throughout the year hosted by the Leadership Council
    • Attend the President’s Dinner—$75 Young 校友 Pricing for the Classes of 2005 to 2015

      • Make An Impact

        As a Council member, you will make an impact on the Loyola Academy young alumni community by acting as an ambassador of our mission and engaging community members. There are also opportunities to make an impact through service events and student-affiliated volunteer offerings.
      • Faith and Professional Development

        The Leadership Council, in collaboration with Fr. McGrath and Loyola Academy, provides alumni opportunities to develop their faith while growing professionally. As a Council member, you will have the opportunity to hone your leadership skills by co-chairing faith-focused events, connect with industry leaders at PLC networking panels, and strengthen your faith by participating in service projects.
      • Build Your Network

        As a Council member, you will have the chance to grow your professional network and engage with industry leaders at Leadership Council events throughout the year.
